What is your delivery policy?
We offer a try-before-you-keep policy. If you decide to return the unworn item within 15 days of delivery, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a free return label. After we receive your return, your funds will be released within 5-10 days.
All orders received before 2 pm GMT will be with a courier within 24 hours. All shipments include a traceable tracking number. For all international shipments, please allow 10-15 days for delivery.
Some, but not all, countries offer the ability to upgrade shipping. All delivery times are an estimate only and can change anytime.
Please note that local customs tariffs will apply. Should you wish to cancel an order before delivery, those funds will then be released on the same day.
Is the shipping really free?
Yes, worldwide shipping is included in the price, however it is important to note that VAT and/or other fees for import are not included and may apply for orders outside of India. We do not have the possibility of estimating these quotes, you would have to check with your regional customs authority. Returns made due to VAT, duties and/or other fees for import will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
What is your return policy?
Any product purchased from the Online Boutique can be returned for full store credit for the net value of the product after calculating any promotional offers given on your purchase within 15 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all of our customers, domestic and international orders over $70. Please contact Customer Support on email@example.com to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
For international customers with orders under $70.00, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive it back and verify it’s unworn, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued.
What is your cancellation policy?
Under the Distance Contracts you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without specific reason, within 15 days after you received the goods. You will receive a full store credit for the net value of the product after calculating any promotional offers given on your purchase on the condition that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
Does your watch come with a warranty?
Svarntai Watches has a limited warranty that covers manufacturer’s defects for two years after the original purchase date from an authorized dealer. Basically, if the watch parts or mechanics don’t work properly, and it’s our fault, we will repair or replace your product for free. However, this does not cover any abuse you might put your watch through on your own. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, batteries, accidental glass damage, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you’ve purchased from our site, the order number will suffice; otherwise you will need to send us the warranty card and a copy of the receipt from an authorized Svarntai Watches dealer.
Will I have to pay International Taxes & Duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is about 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Svarntai cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
What is your sales tax?
All prices on Svarntai.com are final and include free worldwide shipping. Please note that orders received will be subject to customs tariffs governed by local authorities.
Where are your watches made?
We use Italian leather, Swiss movements. Assembled in China by expert hands.
