CONFIRMATION

Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation email to your email address. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase.

PAYMENT

All payments are handled by either CCAvenue or Paypal. VAT is included for orders within India. VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs are not included for orders outside India.

Svarntai Watches never store or transfer any credit card information. Svarntai Watches use external payment gateways, PayPal and CCAvenue, for e-commerce. PayPal and CCAvenue handle card information and use technology that allow the identification of the cardholder, and both meet the requirements of the PCI DSS and CAS and utilize PCI-secured payments.

PROMO CODES

Promo Codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase will not be honored.

DELIVERY

All orders are shipped within one business day. For questions about shipping, delivery times or transportation, contact us by email and we will respond as quickly as we can: info@svarntai.com

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

If your product is damaged when delivered, you should (without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery) contact us as well as the Delivery Company. You will need to inform us what is damaged and also let us know the case number of the Delivery Company’s claim form. We will naturally send you a new product to replace the damaged one.

WARRANTY

Warranty term: Two year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal). Other parts than the above are not covered by this warranty. To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please use our contact form on the “contact us” page. In the e-mail you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue. Finally, write ‘reclaim of purchase’ as subject of the e-mail or letter.

Note that repair/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term.

  • Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.)
  • Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
  • Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as for example an earthquake
  • Aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging (minor scratches, etc.; on the case and/or crystal, alteration of the color on the wristband and the peeling of the plating)
  • In case the retail store and the purchase date are not indicated on the warranty, or if this information has been rewritten
  • If the warranty is not submitted along with the watch.

Battery replacement will be charged even during the warranty term.

The case, dial, hands, crystal, watchband or other parts thereof may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available. This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the Customer.

RETURNS

Any product purchased from the Online Boutique can be returned for full store credit for the net value of the product after calculating any promotional offers given on your purchase within 15 days of delivery. We offer free and easy returns for all of our customers, domestic and international orders over $70. Please contact Customer Support on info@svarntai.com to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.

For international customers with orders under $70.00, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Once we receive it back and verify it’s unworn, the return will be processed and a full refund will be issued.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

We collect basic personal information about our customers when an order is placed. This information is securely stored and is necessary to carry out delivery and to contact you as a customer if a problem should arise, or for important news such as new product launches. We will never disclose any such information to third parties.

PRODUCT

Svarntai has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the watch. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings in your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.

Cookies are used on svarntai.com in order to improve your experience on the site. Cookies are very small text files that are stored on your device’s hard drive when you visit websites. We use first-party and third-party cookies for the main purposes of web functionality, web statistics and advertising.

You can set your browser to notify you when a cookie is to be activated. This enables you to reject any usage of cookies or to tell your browser to delete the cookie at the end of your visit. You have the right to request access to your data and if anything is incorrect you can change or remove it.

DELIVERY AND CANCELLATIONS

Svarntai ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting Svarntai’s customer service or using the contact form on Svarntai’s website within 15 days from receiving the goods, provided the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. However, the customer is responsible for the cost and risk for transporting the returned goods to Svarntai.

In cases, you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Svarntai either by email or telephone. If a product has been discontinued Svarntai has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. Svarntai will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.
